Itinerary
Day 1 Cusco – Main Square – Coricancha – Sacsayhuamán – Qenqo – Puca Pucara – Tambomachay
Pickup and Historic Center
We will begin the tour with pickup from your hotel and head to the historic center of the city.
Cusco Main Square
We will visit the Main Square, where you will admire the Cathedral, one of the most important colonial buildings in the city.
Coricancha or Temple of the Sun
Next, we will visit Coricancha, an ancient sacred temple of the Inca Empire, where Inca stone walls blend with colonial architecture.
Sacsayhuamán
We will continue to Sacsayhuamán, an impressive Inca ceremonial center known for its remarkable engineering and panoramic views of Cusco.
Qenqo
We will visit Qenqo, known as the “labyrinth,” a ceremonial site connected to ancient Inca rituals.
Puca Pucara
Afterward, we will explore Puca Pucara, the red fortress that served as a control point for entering the sacred city.
Tambomachay and Return
We will finish at Tambomachay, an archaeological complex associated with the worship of water, before concluding the experience near Cusco’s Main Square.
