Day 1

Itinerary

Start and Transfer

The tour begins at approximately 5:45 a.m. with pickup from your hotel in Puno and transfer to the port.

Amantaní Island

We will depart by boat toward Amantaní Island, where you will take a walk to the Apu Coanos sanctuary and visit the Pachatata ceremonial center, an ancient Inca ritual site.

Taquile Island

Afterward, we will continue to Taquile Island to enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant and visit its handicraft market, known for textiles made by local artisans.

Uros Floating Islands

The next stop will be the Uros Floating Islands, built with totora reeds. You will visit a family island and the main island, where you may stamp your passport as a souvenir. Optionally, you can take a 15-minute totora reed boat ride for an additional cost of S/. 10.00 to S/. 15.00.

Return to Puno

Finally, we will return to the city of Puno, where our team will take you back to your hotel.
