Itinerary

Day 1

Pickup in La Paz – Start of the tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in La Paz to begin the journey towards the southeast of Lake Titicaca, traveling approximately 70 km on a paved road for about 2 hours. During the trip, you will enjoy the open landscapes of the Bolivian Altiplano.

Day 2

Visit to the Tiwanaku Site Museum

Upon arrival, we will visit the museum where an important collection of lithic and ceramic pieces is displayed, including the traditional keros used in ritual ceremonies. Our guide will explain the historical and cultural value of each item.

Day 3

Exploration of Puma Punku

We will continue to Puma Punku, one of the most enigmatic sectors of the complex. Here you will observe megalithic structures and perfectly carved stone blocks that still challenge modern engineering. You will have time to explore and take photographs.

Day 4

Tour of the Tiwanaku archaeological complex

Then we will visit the core of the archaeological site, exploring emblematic spaces such as the Kalasasaya Temple, the Akapana Pyramid, the Bennett Monolith, and the iconic Sun Gate. Each structure reveals the high level of knowledge and symbolism of this civilization.

Day 5

Typical lunch in the area

After the visit, we will enjoy a typical lunch at a local restaurant, where you can experience the traditional flavors of the Bolivian Altiplano.

Day 6

Return to La Paz

Finally, we will return to La Paz, dropping you off at your hotel and concluding an experience marked by history, culture, and ancestral mystery.
