Itinerary

Day 1

At approximately 1:45 p.m., our team will pick you up from your hotel in downtown Puno to begin the journey to the Sillustani Archaeological Complex. Upon arrival, we will take a short walk to the necropolis, where you will feel the spiritual energy of this sacred place while admiring the Sillustani chullpas, impressive stone funerary towers built by the Kolla and Inca cultures.

After exploring the archaeological site, we will visit a traditional Andean home to experience the authentic lifestyle of the Altiplano. You will learn about local customs, see homes built from stone, adobe, and thatch, and meet the majestic Andean camelids—llamas and alpacas—perfect for taking beautiful photographs with Lake Umayo as a stunning backdrop.

Finally, we will return to Puno, arriving at approximately 6:00 p.m., where our team will take you back to your hotel, bringing this unforgettable half-day tour to Sillustani to an end.
