Itinerary

Day 1

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at approximately 4:30 a.m. and transfer you to the train station, where you will begin an unforgettable journey to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Andes, deep valleys, towering mountains, and the gradual transition into the cloud forest surrounding the Inca citadel.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our professional guide will be waiting to escort you to the bus station. From there, you will take a 30-minute bus ride to the entrance of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

After entering the sanctuary, you will enjoy a guided tour of Machu Picchu, where you will discover the fascinating history, remarkable architecture, and the most important sectors of this iconic Inca citadel. Your guide will reveal the secrets and significance of one of the world's most extraordinary archaeological sites.

Following the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the citadel at your own pace, admire the spectacular scenery, and capture unforgettable photographs. Afterwards, you will descend by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will have time to enjoy lunch on your own or stroll through the town before your return journey.

At the scheduled time, you will board the train back to Ollantaytambo, once again taking in the stunning landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival, our staff will transfer you comfortably to your hotel in Cusco, concluding an unforgettable experience at Peru's most iconic destination.
