Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Ballestas Islands & Huacachina

The adventure begins early in the morning with pick-up from Lima at strategic meeting points across the city. As we travel along the southern coast, you will enjoy the sunrise and prepare for a day full of unforgettable experiences.

Upon arrival in Paracas, we will head to the pier to board a modern boat bound for the spectacular Ballestas Islands, one of Peru’s most important wildlife sanctuaries. During the journey, you will admire the mysterious Paracas Candelabra, a giant geoglyph carved into the desert hillside, as well as observe sea lions, guano birds, and other marine species in their natural habitat.

After the excursion, you will have free time to enjoy breakfast, walk along the Paracas boulevard, or purchase souvenirs from this charming coastal destination.

We will then continue to Ica, where we will visit a traditional winery and pisco distillery to learn about the artisanal production process of Peru’s famous wines and pisco. This experience includes a guided tasting to discover the most representative flavors of the region.

In the afternoon, we will arrive at the stunning Huacachina Oasis, a true paradise surrounded by towering sand dunes. Here you will enjoy an exciting dune buggy ride (tubulares) across the desert, with the opportunity to practice sandboarding and witness one of the most beautiful sunsets on the Peruvian coast.

At the end of the day, we will transfer you to your hotel for check-in and a comfortable overnight stay in Ica.

Day 2

Day 2: Nazca Archaeological Tour & Nazca Lines Flight

After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our journey to the historic city of Nazca, home to one of the world’s greatest archaeological mysteries.

The day starts with an engaging archaeological tour, where you will explore historical and cultural sites that reveal the legacy of the ancient Nazca civilization, known for its advanced knowledge of engineering, art, and astronomy.

We will then head to the María Reiche Aerodrome, where you will receive instructions before experiencing the highlight of the trip.

You will enjoy a breathtaking flight over the Nazca Lines, a unique experience that allows you to observe from the sky the enormous geometric and zoomorphic figures etched into the desert over 1,500 years ago.

After the flight, we will return to Ica and later board the Cruz del Sur bus back to Lima, concluding an unforgettable journey filled with marine wildlife, desert landscapes, culture, archaeology, and some of Peru’s most iconic experiences.
